With an innate desire to uplift and guide others, she created Inspire Your Focus in 2015, a platform dedicated to helping individuals discover their true north. Her empathetic approach, coupled with her expertise, positions her not just as a guide but as a trusted partner in your journey of self-discovery and growth.

Inspire Your Focus was created to provide people with a clear pathway to transform their lives from where they are now to where they truly want to be.

Leanne’s career took an interesting turn with her being asked to write a parenting program to help transform the foundations of people’s lives. After accomplishing her goals in this field by creating a very successful program, it was time for Leanne to expand even further with a second business.

Leanne now works with individuals and teams as a certified life coach, teaching them how to enhance performance in ways that inspire without leading to frustration, overwhelm, or burnout, all while striving for a life that aligns with their values.

The Intentional Focus Model

With proven methodologies like Extended Disc and Emotional Fitness Formula to name a few, Leanne is most proud of her model – the Intentional Focus formula.

Leanne has realised the undeniable patterns among her clients over the last nine years. This insight propelled her to craft a ground-breaking model that has become the backbone of her coaching philosophy. She truly believes success is so much more than money, without joy, connection and peace in your life, external things mean nothing.

This model centres around nurturing the core identity, taking back control and encompassing the five fundamental aspects of life that need to be in harmony to avoid burnout. Life is too short to not be doing what you love and connecting to the life you were meant to live.

Leanne empowers ambitious individuals to sustain their success, allowing them to rediscover their inner strength, ignite their creativity, feel in control again, and experience life’s real beauty on a deeper level.

Now Leanne runs both businesses – Inspire Your Parenting and Inspire Your Focus, while enjoying her role as Area Director for BNI Sunshine Coast.

She loves how she can help an individual in all areas of their lives. She has noticed that all are affected if one area is not functioning to the best of its ability.

She works with business owners & individuals all over Australia, providing a system that shows people they can create success in all areas of their lives. More importantly, reigniting their focus on what truly matters.” Giving them more time, money, freedom, and joy.

Intentional Focus is a holistic approach to personal and professional development that emphasises deliberate attention and purposeful action.

This performance coaching model involves mindfulness and awareness to direct one's energy and efforts toward specific goals and desired outcomes.

I have so much gratitude for the time I have spent with Leanne.
It still amazes me that in one hour Leanne was able to remove beliefs and feelings I had carried for a very long time that were keeping me stifled and unable to experience consistency in my growth, development and even energy levels, which was having a massive impact on my business, my family and on me. I could not maintain enough belief in myself and appreciation for myself to keep the energy levels and motivation to keep going forward in all areas of my life. In a recent meeting with Leanne Zecchinati from Inspire Your Focus, she suggested I take her Performance Profile to see if this could provide information as to why I have a tendency to run my business (and my life) in a way that constantly leads me to burning out. OMG! What I learnt about myself has been a game changer, simply from doing her Performance Profile! It shone light on  some missing pieces that I didn't even know were missing!
